Your key responsibilities:

- Support origination and execution of Investment Banking mandates in Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on Consumer, Retail & Healthcare sector
- Due diligence of clients and markets
- Preparation of Financial Modelling and financial analysis
- Deal documentation and internal approvals
- Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches.
- Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters
- Training of analysts and intern

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.

Key skills required:

- At least 2 years track record in origination and execution of Investment Banking deals in Southeast Asia Consumer, Retail & Healthcare sector
- Prior experience in financial modelling, preparation of information memorandum and financial analysis.
- Prior experience in performing valuation analysis, including comparable companies and precedent transaction analysis.
- Ability to lead key workstreams on transactions with some guidance from seniors.
- Strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics across SEA
- Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients
- Experience handling various databases such us Bloomberg, Reuters etc.
- Experience in providing guidance to junior members in the team.
