Singapore EXPERIAN CREDIT SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

We are looking for an individual who has a good experience in administration and accountability for great performance and results delivery to be part of the Credit Services team in Experian Singapore. This is a temp role for 4 months.

**Job Responsibility**
- After first correspondence have been sent out to the Registered Office customers, call them to get their response to change their address to our new office address.
- Follow up on the signed resolutions.
- Follow up with the customers who have not responded above.
- Assist in packing the Corporate Secretarial files for moving.
- Any other matters assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Must be comfortable to call clients and explain on the office move and actions the customers need to do.
- Must be organized and able to update remarks properly for all follow-up actions & replies from 500-600 customers on their decision to change their company address to our new office unit.
- There is specific timeframe for the above tasks to be done, so must be able to work under time-pressure.
- The ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
