- The Enterprise Architect’s work is focused on the full lengths of the solution life cycle: listening to stakeholders, understanding the business challenge and the requirements, making trade-offs between the business requirements, constraints of the system, and concerns of the various stakeholders while systematically forming incrementally more detailed definitions of the structure of a solution - an architecture.
- The Enterprise Architect will from time to time also be involved in Delivery aspects such as CritSit’s, account governance (Design authorities, Innovation councils etc )
- Determining the technology system architecture and functional design needed to support and meet client business goals
- Bringing industry aspects and innovative solutions pro-actively to the sales and delivery teams
- Assisting management and stakeholders in evaluating the business’ mission and ensuring that the company uses its IT assets effectively
- Documenting the process using multiple architectural models
- Generating graphic representations and abstracts of the system architecture models
- Evaluating existing IT systems for exposure or weaknesses that could compromise performance, security, or efficiency
- First-hand experience developing and building models based on the Enterprise Framework
- Working with Kyndryl and client partners to bring together the eco-system
- Mentoring junior architects to grow their career

Individual must be able to demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) to be able to run dialogues with clients, partners and Kyndryl executives to clearly/accurately describe solution aspects and Architecture Governance. Teamwork at the highest level and lead/conduct complex negations reaching lasting agreements and commitments.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Ability to integrate different technologies together
- You will have a proven background defining technology strategy and architecting solutions.
- Strong communications (oral and written) skills. But most important able to listen, willing to learn and to think out of the box.
- Experience of Technical Leadership, Leading Architecture and Technical Teams
- Experience Leading complex projects/ transformation programs across multiple technical work streams
- Experience Leading Architecture Governance, Review Boards and innovation forums
- Strong Emphasis and Experience of Infrastructure Architecture and Cloud Solutions
- Architecture/Technical -Breadth/Depth and Methods/Process
- Good sales acumen including relationship management
- Fluency in English (read/write)
- Experience of solution design against requirements
- Adaptability as the technology landscape rapidly changes
