As a Hairstylist Assistant at Featherz Studio, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the salon and enhancing the client experience. You will work closely with our stylists, assisting, maintaining cleanliness, and helping create a welcoming and organized salon environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients' hair for styling services.
- Provide clients with towels, gowns, and capes as needed and ensure they are comfortable.
- Prepare styling stations with the necessary tools and products before appointments, and clean up and sanitize stations after each client visit.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining salon products and tools, ensuring they are readily available for stylists.
- Offer beverages, magazines, and exceptional customer service to clients while they wait for their appointments.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a salon setting is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior stylists.
