**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for reporting and analysis.
- Design and develop interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using the Power BI toolset.
- Create and maintain data models and data transformations to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Perform data analysis and develop insights to support decision-making processes.
- Optimize and fine-tune Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with reports and data models.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize Power BI tools and features.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence and data visualization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of previous Power BI projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.
- Proficient in data modeling and data transformation techniques.
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Experience with SQL and database management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Power BI certification. Familiarity with other business intelligence tools and technologies. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. # Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
