Job Scope:

- Handling finance related tasks including preparation of banking documentation for import / export letter of credit (L/C) and collection bills, SBLC and BG
- Process daily export / collection bill to be sent to bank for negotiation / presentation
- Follow up on export / collection bill discrepancies, acceptance payment and any disputes
- Processing of import bills and its settlement
- Liaison with banks for rates on L/C confirmations and discounting
- Perform month-end Bank reconciliations
- Process accounting data entries into SAP accounting system
- Process daily outgoing remittances in the accounting system and bank’s cash management system
- Attend to queries from banks & trading departments
- Date entry payments in internet banking system, enter & posting of accounting JV’s
- Reconciliations of balance sheet items - loans, NR’s
- Assist the finance team in ad-hoc task when required

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least 1 year of Trade Finance or Letter Of Credit (LC) experience
- Knowledge of the latest UCP and ISBP will be advantageous
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Able to commence work immediately or with short notice
