**ISAP ITS Department Overview**

ISAP IT Production Centre is an offshore delivery center managing IT Operations (RUN) for Europe and Asia. It constitutes one of two main hubs for CA-CIB IT production teams.

ISAP IT Production Centre is split in 4 departments covering the following aspects:

- Infrastructure Services
- Application Services & Operations
- Middleware Services
- End Users and Transverse Services

Job Summary

He/She will be part of technical RUN teams responsible for operating Core Infrastructure services (Systems, Storage, Network and Security).

The Technology Associate will undergo training that will enable him/her to advance and rotate within the RUN teams of Core Infrastructure services in the first two years of the program with possible progress to other ITS or BLI departments after the 2-year Associate Program ends.

As a Technology Associate, he/she will be responsible to:

- Gain knowledge of Department and Team services, technology stacks and processes.
- Fulfill requirements and goals set out at the start of training.
- Complete all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
- Observe and learn from experienced staff members / assigned mentor.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Prepare documents and presentations, update records and dashboards.
- Contribute to improve operations and services with suggestions and idea propositions.

- Diploma graduate from one of the five local Polytechnic schools (less than 2 years of graduation). Diploma in relevant field of studies - Information & Digital Technologies, InfoComm Technologies, or Engineering.
