**Who We Are Looking For?**
As the Supply Chain Manager, he/she is responsible for end-to-end Supply Chain activities with strong emphasis on Supply Chain KPI Control, Inventory Management, Supplier Fulfilment and Excess Inventory Return Management. He/she is also responsible for B2C related KPI control, Lastmile, customer returns and related systems or processes.
**What Awaits You**:
- Responsible for all business processes that relate to end to end Supply Chain referring specifically to Store Ordering, Stock Purchasing, Promotion Allocations
- Support the overall business by providing clear visibility on business risk and opportunity
- Responsible for all stock held in the business:
- ensure all purchases orders released to vendors are in strict compliance with company policy
- constant vigilance over all categories and a high degree of tenacity in order to meet company targets
- Ensure stock flows into the business in a timely manner and distributed per established KPIs
- Work closely with the Merchandising Team to Management of 3rd party companies to deliver the supply chain strategy, to ensure their delivery per appropriate KPIs.
- Negotiation to renew or improve existing or new non trade contracts
- Active engagement of supply chain partners, logistics providers and Lastmile delivery providers with close monitoring on the service level and related cost
- Monitoring and adhering to ROS stock level guidelines
- Responsible for international freight management including negotiation and cost control
- Responsible for managing all online customer order return, recovery, damage or replacement which also need to work closely with related inter-department
- Ensure On Shelf Availability Targets are met and take pro active steps to mitigate risk in this area as well as be responsible for all Warehousing and Distribution activities within the business and associate costs
- Manage suppliers’ PO service level and mitigate all risks collaboratively with suppliers
- Ensure an optimum level of support to the stores to be inline with business sales targets.
- Lead or participate in inter-department projects
- Champion and drive department's continuous improvement programs.
**We Are Excited About You If You Have**:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience notably in Supply Chain Management in FMCG/ Chain Retail Stores operations environment with B2B and B2C
- A good understanding and proven experience in managing costs of a large Distribution Centre especially for online retail business
- Self-driven, organized and able to work longer hours when required
- Able to work independently and lead a team effectively
- Resourceful, analytical, anticipative, organized, meticulous and committed
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Leadership and people management experience
- Strong communication (oral and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent with systems and proficient in MS Office
- Supervisory and coaching skills
- Strong problem solving skills and negotiation skills
- Digitally Inclined
