Position Overview

Our global team recruits the talent that creates software to help our customers imagine, design, and make a better world. Autodesk is looking for a Talent Scout who understands technology and can build a diverse pipeline of Director level talent for all roles. You have experience building research strategy, sourcing outreach campaign plan, building a pipeline development strategy, and relationship management experience.

We are changing the way we source talent for Autodesk. As an Executive Diversity Researcher, you will use Market Insight and Automation to develop an always pipeline delivery model. You will work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop strategies to attract the best diverse talent for Autodesk.

You will report to the Director, Executive Recruiting supporting Director level searches and this role can be remote based in the U.S.

**Responsibilities**:
- You will develop sourcing strategies that result in quality submittals and hires- You will work with fellow Talent Scouts, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and our Global Diversity & Inclusion team to understand technical and non-technical requirements of multiple roles and teams- You will proactively build an inclusive talent pipeline through referral generation, online sourcing, events, and sourcing campaigns- You will maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and recommend creative and ideas to cultivate a diverse pipelineMinimum Qualifications- 3+ years research, sourcing or recruiting experience with an agency or in-house recruiting team, including technical sourcing/recruiting experience- An understanding of the opportunities and challenges in building a diverse talent pool-
- Experience in a global environment- Excel (can perform complex functions) automation and present in PowerPoint- Be up to date with new sourcing methodologies, chrome extensions and enrichment tools- The ability to develop a long-term pipeline for hard-to-fill roles-
- Experience using metrics to advise partners and make recommendations- Technical industry knowledge and general comprehension of relevant technical skills, relevant companies, engineering communities, and other technical resources- Team player: You understand how to keep partners appraised without prompting and adapt your style to a technical engineer vs. a VP#LI-AV1
