DESIGNATION : Lead, Food Content (FCF, F&B Management)

RESPONSIBILITIES

FPG Food Services operates more than 100 outlets across Singapore where customers can delight themselves with a wide selection of food choices. The F&B Management (FBM) Business Division, Food Centre Formats (FCF) operates the food and beverage counters in each of the outlets selling drinks, popular local delicacies such as Dim Sum, Desserts, and Fruits (depending on the footprint and location).

Reporting to the Head, F&B Management, the job holder is responsible for the development, menu planning and setting up of food content within existing drink counters and potential new food stalls in our premises. S/he is also responsible for the overall running of our food stalls. S/he will work closely with the stakeholders within the Food Services (FS) to drive the future operations and planning of the food content agenda for FBM.

As part of food content development, s/he will need to work independently to understand the demands, work with stakeholders to propose concepts, menu, pricing, costs, budgeting and the operating model for the various food stalls. S/he will supervise the set-up and work closely with the FBM Team to manage the stalls’ daily operations, quality assurance, training and P&L.
- Establish the food-related operational planning framework to drive the current and future plans of food content
- Develop menu and food options
- Menu costing and P&L accountability
- Lead and coordinate various stall projects with portfolio heads
- Collaborate within FS and corporate units such as Customer and Marketing etc
- Works with FBM Ops Lead to guide the area and outlet managers on the various initiatives and insights
- Develop and review transformation plan to ensure sustainability and adjust according to the business landscape

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma, preferably in culinary studies or food and beverage,
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Creative and Innovative
- Self-starter - the ability to figure out what needs to be done and get things organized with mínimal supervision
- Strong communicator - ability to present and engage various stakeholders
- Strong people manager with project management experience - ability to coordinate workflow and workload across teams
- Culinary knowledge is required
