**Developing Leasing Strategy**
- Formulate and execute tenancy & trade profile mix to enhance the image and maximize footfall in line with landlord’s vision of the property.
- Manage leasing activities and reach out to potential tenants theme
- Monitor economy and property trend for market and competitor analysis
- Effectively review and negotiate the business terms and conditions at the best interest of the landlord
- Ensure all available space is leased in an appropriate, timely and effective manner planning and implementing the tenancy mix

**Establish and Maintain Positive External Relationships**
- Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants, agents, partners and vendors
- Attend to tenant’s enquires and complaints
- Work with property management team to resolve landlord’s and tenant’s dispute
- Liaise with relevant authorities with regards to the properties if needed

**Ensure compliance**
- Ensure compliance with SOP, local authorities building standards and requirements
- Handle tenancy-related documents including preparing the tenancy agreement and lease amendments with tenant’s legal department or solicitor.
- Manage completion of all necessary paperwork, preparation and execution of all lease contracts
- Oversees that all lease terms to be fulfil for handover of premise to the tenant
- Oversees that the tenant’s obligation are fulfilled upon handing back the premise to the landlord
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Prepare and manage budget and ensure the stipulated budgeted income is achieved
- Other ad-hoc duties being assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Real Estate/Building or related qualifications
- Min 5 years of experience in retail property leasing/marketing with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Experience in handling land lease matters and prior knowledge in local planning regulations and land laws
- Possess a good understanding of tenancy matters and possess an eye for detail
- Positive, professional approach with a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service
- Resourceful, self-driven and able to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- A team player with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- More experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Manager
