**THE JOB**

We are looking for a Vice President (Marketing) to be part of the next stage of this exciting cosmetic and beauty industry to develop and maintain high-end customers for European and American cosmetics as well as international and domestic museum customers. This person will take part in the assessment of business opportunities in Singapore and the regional markets to continuously drive growth and profitability.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyse existing and potential markets to identify new clients who profile matches the management defined approach and secure business development opportunities
- Contribute effectively to business development strategies and plans for specific markets to accomplish business objectives and revenue targets
- Work closely with the management team to increase the company's market presence both locally and regionally
- Identify target customers, analyse their business needs and make appropriate recommendation or proposal of our products to meet their needs
- Recruit client supervisors and design talents
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
- Supervise the quality and cost of cosmetic props and counter production

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least a Master Degree in Business
- 8-10 years of marketing experience and proven track record in concluding new business deals
- Demonstrate business development skills; a confident presenter with strengths in written and verbal communication
- Must be fluent in English and Chinese (To liaise with Chinese speaking business associates)
- With extensive network in cosmetics and beauty product industry and working experience in an omnichannel distribution and international environment is a plus
- With knowledge of attribution models and media mix marketing is preferred
- Willing to travel extensively
