Our client is looking for a PSA to join their dedicated team in the **Department of Diagnostic Radiology (DDR) at a local hospital**, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Whether you guide a patient through appointment registration or assist with billing, your contribution helps our clinical teams provide timely and effective care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients and caregivers professionally at the diagnostic radiology department.
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and payment collection with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support administrative tasks such as updating patient records and coordinating follow-ups.
- Serve as the first point of contact to respond to enquiries and provide information about services.
- Work closely with radiographers, clinicians, and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and uphold service quality standards at all times.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level, Nitec / Higher Nitec, or Diploma in any field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in customer service or the healthcare industry is preferred but not required.
- A **friendly and approachable personality**, with a natural passion for helping others.
- Strong **communication**and **interpersonal**skills to interact with patients from all walks of life.
- Able to **multitask**, work under pressure, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A **team player**who takes initiative and stays calm under pressure.
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office**and basic computer systems.

- Earliest shift: 8.30am to 6pm _
- Latest shift: 10:30am to 7:00pm (sometimes until 8:00pm)- Every month, need to work 1 Saturday half day, based on roster. (8am to 12pm)_
