**Your new role**

You will be in charge of:

- Developing and maintaining supplier relationships
- Reviewing and ensuring supplier’s capability and capacity for production
- Contract and cost negotiations to achieve cost reduction while maintaining product quality
- Leading procurement activities in NPI/product transfer projects
- Working closely with engineers to understand technical requirements

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sourcing, purchasing and process engineering in a high-mix low-volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience in manufacturing processes related to Optics/Lens categories
- NPI/product transfer experience is advantageous
- SAP or ERP system knowledge
