Trade Repository (TR) Reporting
1. Validate on the daily TR reports being House and or Client Delegation.
2. Investigate on any discrepancies and investigation on root cause
3. Monitor the report acknowledgement and investigate for any rejected trades.
4. Review the successfully submitted report in DTCC-GTR and EOD completeness
5. Engage on the build of TR Reporting (new, revise, update)
6. Keep abreast of regulatory updates

New Product Agreement (NPA) New and Lite (inclusive of PIR)
1. Review all NPA (new and lite) related to trade reporting
2. Raise any deviations for execution
3. Monitor and follow up on issues raised.
4. Review process to manage the execution of New Products to be launch/change.

Advisory on ISDA Negotiation related to Operations
1. Review and approve on all deviations on ISDA/SLA negotiation on-boarding related to Trade reporting
2. Update ISDA/SLA Agreement to Risk System. Include the other Master Agreement being client's Master, etc.
3. Facilitate the negotiation of ISDA/SLA on-boarding by furnishing details of live trade o/s to Legal and Business
4. Engaging and negotiating ISDA/SLA with counterparts to facilitate delegate trade reporting in compliance to reporting obligation

Required Experience

1. Preferably Degree holder in Banking and Finance

2. Min 3 years of banking experience, specifically in Trade Reporting OR Fresh Graduates who are keen in Trade Operations.

3. Experience in various back office operation functions which includes processing, reconciliations, confirmation etc

4. Good understanding of the end to end transaction lifecycle of OTC products

5. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access or VBA and Python are added advantage.

6. Team player who can work independently.

7. Able to work in fast paced environment.

8. Willing to work on splits Ops locations.
