Working hours: 8am to 8pm, 8pm to 8am (Rotating Shift); Monday to Sunday

Location: Changi South Lane

**Responsibilities**:
Manage the 24-hour telephone hotline.
Responsible for monitoring CCTV and alarms for clients’ sites.
Respond to system alarms and fault indicators in accordance with protocols.
Support and respond to any security incidents/suspicious activity, evacuate, and escalate in accordance with standard protocol and relevant departments respectively.
Perform security duties such as access control & premises patrolling.
Assist the client’s Security Team with any internal investigation when required.
Assist in other duties as assigned by the client’s Security Team.

**Requirements**:
Must have valid PLRD Security Officer License with RTT (Minimum SSO Rank)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is a must
- Must be able to commit to rotating shift (Shift Pattern: DDNNOO (2 Day, 2 Night, 2 OFF)
- Well-spoken & good command of English
- Must have a detailed resume
- Need to be okay with Full-Background Check (10 years employment, Medical, Drug Test, Credit Check, Criminal Check)**Benefits**
