Golf Coach

DB Golf Center is looking for a Qualified PGA Golf Coach with the following criteria:

- Have coached Elite players such as Tour Players and/or National Amateur Players
- Have at least 1 year of experience coaching amateur players.
- Certified in:

- Junior Development: able to communicate with Juniors and develop strength, speed and balance according to their developmental status.
- Ground reaction force: able to identify how to maximize the body motion using the forces from the ground
- Biomechanics: able to understand 3D data and finding the most efficient way to change the swing.
- Putting: able to run putting sessions, read 3D putting data and suggest the best suitable equipment for the customer.

Other Key Job Duties
- Provide one-to-one or small group training.
- Provide coaching to customers based on specific needs.
- Support customers in their training and development.
- Help customers set goals and work out individual plans.
- Able to work independently and in a team, possess good interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrate emotional maturity and genuine passion to work with children and adults.
- Patient and able to understand challenges faced by customers
- Able to work on weekends and PH

Pay: $7,500.00 - $9,500.00 per month
