**Infrastructure Team**

**What will you do as a VP Global Infrastructure Senior Project Manager?**
- **Project Leadership**: Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional infrastructure and security projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- **Process Enhancement**: Identify opportunities to improve and streamline project management processes within the infrastructure domain, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
- **Dependency Mapping**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage dependencies, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.
- **Project Scheduling**: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting timelines as necessary to meet project milestones.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and achievements.
- **Team Collaboration**: Foster a collaborative environment among project teams, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing to drive project success.
- **Future Leadership**: Position yourself as a potential future leader for the project management function within TIS, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.

**What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure and security projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in process improvement and change management. Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.**Work at the Point of Impact**
