**Senior Innovation Flavourist - Your future position?**

As the Senior Innovation Flavourist for Asia Pacific based in Singapore, you will lead complex flavour development projects, direct research programmes and support knowledge sharing to create growth. You will report to the Head of Regional Innovation, Asia Pacific.

**You will**:

- Have expert level ability in creating many flavour types for customer briefs, research and development needs
- Present complex flavour creation
- Implement complex programmes and provide technical leadership
- Participate with management in the establishment and updating all guidelines related to flavour creation
- Participate as a global champion for new technologies.
- Coordinate the evaluation of materials developed
- Coordinate the participation of other technical functions
- Maintain a safe, clean lab environment following EH&S policies and hold others accountable for following these guidelines, and participate in designing the rules
- High-level knowledge of analytical methodologies

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Polytechnic or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology
- 11 years and beyond of experience as a Flavourist after completion of Flavourist Training Programme
- Expert level tasting skills with a mastery level ability to understand how to adjust a flavour formulation
- Mastery level knowledge of raw materials and flavour ingredients with an expert level ability to create many flavour types
- Mastery level knowledge of analytical methodologies
- Mastery level knowledge of the technology used for improved performance, specific technical aspects affecting flavour stability in base for a multiple flavour types
