[What the role is]

The systems & statistics executive is expected to manage systems related to admissions and enrolment exercises. He/she will perform data extraction and analysis to facilitate decision making by stakeholders and participate in digitalisation projects to enhance service delivery.

**[What you will be working on]**
- Manage the admissions and enrolment systems as business owners, and update admissions-related content in different platforms to ensure applicants have a seamless experience
- Liaise and work with internal/external stakeholders to ensure joint-poly admissions exercises proceed smoothly
- Lead/Support data analytics projects to provide actionable insights on students' enrolment and performance, to facilitate effective decision making by internal/external stakeholders
- Support data extraction for internal/external agencies
- Enhance service delivery and students' experience through digitalisation and adoption of digital enablers
- Manage/Support the content and printing of student cards, including liaising with vendor and schools
- Any other projects and tasks that may be assigned from time to time

**[What we are looking for]**
- Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics/Data Analytics or relevant disciplines, with at least 1 year of working experience in programming
- Ability to develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets (Pivot tables required) and leverage other tools for creating reports and dashboards
- Working knowledge in data analysis and analytics software such as Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Analytical and have an eye for details
- Good administrative and organisational ability
- A team player, driven and possesses a strong customer service mindset
