Resident Engineer-re

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Lead the site supervision team on all the Civil and Structural and Building Construction works.
- Assist Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on all Civil & Structural site inspection issues, contract-related matters, and support the identification of defects and supervise rectification works.
- Address and respond to all Contractor’s RFI’s and technical submittals. Other work scopes include but are not limited to assessing method statements/instrumentation reading, coordinating with other discipline engineers, and liaising with the design team/QP from HQ.
- Attend all site/project-related meetings, discussions with clients and/or Contractors and lead in technical and work progress discussions.

**Requirements**:

- Good graduate Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, preferably recognized by the PE Board, Singapore.
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience in supervising civil and structural works in water/used water treatment works.
- Registered with IES as Resident Engineer (Civil).
- A person with good communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in PUB project is advantageous.

**Contract Period**:5 years

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
