**Part-Time Barista (Cafe Crew) — Join Our Team**

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable **Part-Time Barista** to join us At our cafe, everyone shares responsibilities — from making great coffee to creating warm customer experiences and keeping the space clean and welcoming.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prepare and serve quality coffee and beverages (espresso calibration, milk steaming, latte art, etc.)
- Take orders, serve food & drinks, and provide friendly, attentive customer service
- Assist with general housekeeping — cleaning dishes, tables, floors, and toilets (weekly rotation)
- Work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced environment
- Take pride in maintaining high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness
- Optional: Participate in R&D for new menu items if you’re passionate about creativity in food & drinks

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Prior barista experience preferred (especially espresso calibration & milk texturing)
- Proactive, humble, and willing to learn — we value attitude as much as skill (meaning if you haven't had experience, it's okay we'll teach you as long as you have the right learning attitude)
- Able to multitask and be chill under pressure
- Enjoys connecting with people and contributing to a positive team culture
- Responsible and takes ownership of their work
- Someone who loves animals (we're pet-friendly)
