Senior Associate

Our client is a renowned global professional services provider with a wide network across various parts of the globe. Due to continuous business expansion within their Singapore office, they are currently seeking to hire a Senior Associate to be part of their growing team.
You will be working with a group of initial public offering (IPO) specialists within the assurance team and can look forward to challenges which is unique to IPO related work focusing on advisory services and IPO readiness. This role offers you a chance to work with various professional parties and provide advisory and insights to client and get them ready as public listed companies.
**Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of professionals in cross-regional settings to deliver the engagement
- Cultivate relationships with clients and employ a structured approach to project management to ensure complete client satisfaction and project profitability
- Provide sharing sessions on the learning points for each of the project
- Actively coach and support the growth and development of the advisory services
**Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or a recognized professional qualification
- At least 4 years of working experience with 1 or 2 years supporting IPO work
- A pragmatic and innovative approach to problem solving and good analytical skillsets
- Proven ability to prioritise and deliver on multiple commitments
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Keen interest in capital market
- Good understanding of accounting principles
