HR Generalist, Asia

Report To: Head of HR, APAC

Milestone Systems is looking for a **HR Generalist **to provide HR support in a dynamic and collaborative environment supporting the implementation of our HR strategy for the organization and managing day to day HR Support for Asia. **Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding**:

- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

**Business Partnering**:

- Support and execute the HR strategy with a strong understanding of the business goals.
- Providing direct consultative and strategic partnering to People Managers in Asia to maximize performance of the organization.Advocate a great place to work culture and enablement of diversity and inclusion practices to support business strategy.

**Employees Engagement**:

- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and solutions as needed.
- Coordinate & Plan Employee events, such as Grow Together Day, CSR and Monthly training.Initiate and lead HR projects and initiatives.

**Learning and Development**:
Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and recommend appropriate solutions.**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other perks.Check payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.

**HRIS**:
Update and maintain employee HR data, employment records, managing data reporting, ad hoc data requests, data quality and data audits.

**To be successful in this position, you would bring the following**:

- Degree qualified with at least 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Human Resource experience in an enterprise environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with industry standard HR Information systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle etc.).
- Fluency in written and spoken English and at least one additional regional language would be desirable.
- Proven experience in the employee life cycle is required (attract, develop, enable, retain).
- Experience working with labor laws, unions in multiple countries required.
- Solid business acumen and the ability to translate HR needs and opportunities to bottom-line performance for the organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-working attitude to be able to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills to develop rapport and trust across all levels of the business.
- High level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
