**Reporting to the Centre Director, this role is a dedicated internal and external client service position. Key responsibilities include**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Efficiently manage administrative tasks such as paperwork processing, filing, and issuing of relevant documents.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records (e.g., petty cash, daily collections, center enrollment reports).
- Prepare monthly reports, including teacher and student attendance, sign-in/out forms, and school bus attendance records.

**Centre Operations**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning environment.
- Implement and maintain high-quality standards across all center programs.
- Conduct center tours for prospective families.

**Parental Engagement**:

- Foster strong relationships with parents through proactive communication and addressing their inquiries effectively.
- Assist parents with the purchase of center merchandise (e.g., uniforms, caps, books).

**Student Care**:

- Conduct daily health checks on students as needed.
- Ensure the safe and timely transfer of students from school to the center.
- Maintain a safe and secure learning environment for all children.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure smooth and efficient center operations.

**To excel in this role, you will need**:

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (Chinese).
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- **Proactive Approach**: A proactive and problem-solving approach to daily tasks.

**This role is suitable for individuals who are comfortable and confident in communicating with parents in both English and Mandarin Chinese, as we serve a diverse community.**

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Management or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a student care environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
