Join our team as an Assistant to Project Manager (PM), providing essential support in all aspects of project administration and client handling. Your role will include:

- Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and resource management to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Preparing quotes, tracking budgets, and ensuring timely completion of tasks and services.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and the Project Manager, managing client communications and addressing requests.
- Managing project documentation, reports, and updates to maintain clear and accurate records.
- Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organising events.
- Performing weekend work as necessary to keep projects on track.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised to ensure smooth project execution.
