You will be responsible for managing our backend database, developing reports and analytics, troubleshooting data issues and generating insights. To be successful in this role, you should be an experienced data analyst with an eye for details and good stakeholder management skills.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Maintaining Backend database, data warehouse - ETL and data management
- Data governance - Manage access rights, users and user roles
- Develop reports and analysis for strategic / decisive business advantages in periscope
- Design reporting environments, including data sources, security, and metadata
- Troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports
- Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems
- Train business users on new reports and dashboards
- Provide technical expertise on data storage structures, data modeling / schema design, data mining, and data cleansing
- Manage the data flow inside the internal CRM

**Here are the must have skills / traits**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science or a related field is preferred
- Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field using SQL, BI tools such as Periscope / Metabase for at least 1 - 2 years
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand business concepts, define company-wide KPIs / metrics and develop scalable solutions (dashboards, reports, schemas) to drive business operations and growth based on business requirements
- Strong logical and problem-solving skills
- Agility and curiosity to learn new technologies and the business context
- Experiment-first mindset and learning through practice to improve the products
- Strong communication skills (documentation and verbal communication)

**Here are some good to have skills / traits**:

- Data Engineering skills like ETL, data source integration, data modeling, data transformation
- Experienced in Cloud Computing Environment such as AWS or GCP
- Good knowledge in programming / scripting languages like Python
- Good knowledge in query performance optimization approaches
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in data migration, CRM tools like Salesforce, Freshsales, Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Basic business knowledge around Real-estate, Finance and Operations
- Comfortable working using Linux bash script, Git
- Good project management and organizational skills
- Exposure in methodologies and processes for managing large data-sets
