Queenstown, Singapore HAULIO PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling ground operations with vendors and PSA.
- Vendor management for ITH contract.
- Main liaison for PSA on ITH projects for groundwork
- Managing day to day supply for PSA, dealing with short supply, vehicle breakdowns, tire change.
- Asset management of company Prime movers and trailers.
- Vehicle maintenance, servicing maintenance and repair works management for both PM and trailers.
- Daily toolbox for all drivers on shift.
- Weekly safety inspections for PSA submission as per their template
- Reporting of non-compliance in safety matters to vendors and company.
- Follow up on NISR issued to vendors by PSA.
- Convert weekly reports to monthly report for PSA monthly safety meeting.
- Presentation of slides to PSA and update on LD, NISR and Accident status during meeting.
- Update Batam team daily on disputes or service lapses on operational matters from vendors.
- Managing cross deployment and updating Batam Team.
- All other ad hoc duties designated

**Requirement**:

- Diploma and above in Logistics Management or in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Good foundation in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $3,500.00 per month
