**OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**:
To prepare the ICSS engineering deliverables for assigned projects as per company specified technical standards, procedures within project schedule and budget under supervision of Project Lead ICSS Engineer and support Project I&C Lead Engineer to plan, execute, & deliver the ICSS package for the assigned project successfully.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work closely with the project Lead ICSS engineer and project Lead I&C Engineer to manage, control, approve and deliver ICSS package for the assigned project effectively and efficiently according to specified technical requirements, timelines, and budget
- Understand the ICSS design basis, project requirements including HSSE, scope, schedule, quality requirements, client and class requirements and project execution philosophy.
- Manage project work including issue of deliverables within schedule and quality. Complete ICSS engineering and FAT, SAT on time within project schedule. Support commissioning and operations.
- Plan, manage the deliverables as per project requirements in coordination with Project Lead ICSS Engineer. Issue the deliverables as per the project timeline and quality requirements
- Identify improvement opportunities and innovative ideas. Innovate the new ideas and methodologies to improve project schedule/cost saving/quality
- Ensure proper change management control, anticipate the technical issues and take preventive action to mitigate the risk. control scope/schedule/cost and mitigate the cost escalation or schedule delays.
- Closely communicate with the team, inter‐discipline communication, internal and external stake holders. To ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the project requirements and deliverables are approved.
- Understanding of project schedule & ICSS execution schedule

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Familiarity of ICSS engineering practices in FPSO/FSO or other Oil & Gas facilities (Offshore project experience preferred).
- Master’s Degree and bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control.
- With Knowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
