**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome and greet members and their guests upon arrival at the Club.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond efficiently and tactfully to members’ or guests’ feedback, requests, and inquiries.
- Always maintain high service standards, handling situations with discretion and professionalism within Club guidelines.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the Front of House, including overall cleanliness and readiness of the Club.
- Assist in the coordination and on-site registration of Club events and activities.
- Prepare and send event announcements, and assist with event pre-arrangements and logistics.
- Display a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and well-groomed appearance.
- Communicate effectively and strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Experience in a luxury hotel or private members’ club environment will be an advantage.
