**Job description**:
A leading global financial services firm is seeking an experienced FCC Advisory individual with Private/Wealth management experience. In this role, you will be exposed to a wide range of financial products, broaden your scope within the financial services industry, and gain the experience working directly with the MLRO. As part of the advisory team, you will providing AML/CFT advisory to both the wealth management and instituitional business.

**Your Role**:

- Provide expert Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) advice to both Wealth Management and Institutional Businesses.
- Assist the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) in managing firm's Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) program to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support the MLRO in audit/inspection related matters and respond to queries from regulatory authorities.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments, conducting gap analysis as necessary.
- Conduct compliance reviews based on the FCC work program to assess adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide timely and high-quality advisory support to internal stakeholders regarding FCC matters.
- Offer clear, coherent, and consistent advice, interpretations, and recommendations on regulations, policies, products, and business initiatives, resolving uncertainties affecting business transactions.
- Develop, review, and update internal policies and procedures to align with best practices, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.
- Assist the MLRO in conducting the Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment exercise to identify and mitigate financial crime risks.
- Collaborate and provide support to other members within the Compliance function as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in accounting, business, law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Financial Crime Compliance within the Private Banking or Wealth Management sector.
- Strong understanding of MAS AML Notices & Guidelines, FATF Recommendations, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues, solutions, and rationales clearly and diplomatically.
- High level of judgment and problem-solving skills, focusing on results to ensure effective implementation of control and compliance processes.

**Salary: $115k (Negotiable)**
