With over 100 years of history as the world's leading cap manufacturer, New Era is synonymous with street fashion. The iconic LA and NY caps are classics that have cemented New Era's reputation as the leader in sports team and designer caps worldwide.

New Era Singapore has 3 outlets island-wide and counting. We are hiring self-motivated, dedicated retail assistants who are willing to learn, grow and develop a career in retail. No previous retail experience necessary.

The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for building our social channels. This includes ensuring that our socials are being updated, pushing out content for promotions and collaborations, and expanding our social presence on new platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Represent New Era as the official photographer at events, press conferences and more
- Produce product photos in a studio environment
- Shoot and edit stylized product photos for social media in line with the Company’s visual standards
- Update social content with accurate information on new launches
- Ensure that New Era's social accounts continue to grow either organically or via paid advertising
- Take initiative to drive sales through seasonal promotions, highlighting of evergreen models and pushing specific collections
- Liaise with stores to ensure smooth roll-out of promotions
- Liaise with internal and external teams to produce marketing deliverables

**Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**
- Passionate about streetwear
- Proficient with Adobe CC suite including Photoshop, Lightroom, etc
- At least 6 months' experience in a similar role
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Able to produce high quality work with mínimal supervision

**Benefits**
- Monday to Friday, office hours (may be required to work on some weekends for events coverage and time off in-lieu will be given)

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
