Position Overview:
Baker Responsibilities:
Baking of cakes and viennoiserie according to company’s SOP and recipes in a hygienic and organized manner

Practicing FIFO standards for all food and cakes

Producing different kinds of cakes, mouse, fillings, Croissants, and other misc en plus

Taking inventory of baking and decorating supplies and ordering new stock as required.

Cleaning and sanitizing all work areas and ovens

Support inventory management efforts by monitoring ingredient levels and alerting management when supplies need to be replenished

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

Other duties which will be assigned on a ad-hoc project basis

Cake Decorator Requirements:

- Proven baking and croissant making experience with minimum 1 year working experience
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Physically fit to carry heavy loads and standing for long hours
- Team player with good learning attitude

Able to work on weekends & Public Holiday

Location & Hours

1.⁠ ⁠5 and 6 day work week (alternate) - must be able to work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

2.⁠ ⁠Eligible for overtime pay

3.⁠ ⁠May be deployed to work at other outlets/offsite events from time to time
