Re:Nue is the social enterprise arm of The Salvation Army. By re-using, recycling and restoring donations in kind from the public and corporations, it generates income through its Family Stores to support our mission to provide holistic care to the community.

Re:Nue also strives to assist humanitarian needs in times of crisis and emergency, leveraging its logistics network to deliver aid to crisis areas in the region quickly and efficiently.

Working closely with local and international organisations, Re:Nue engages them in meaningful programmes for their corporate social responsibility initiatives.

**About The Job**

It is expected that the Mover will collect and deliver donated items to designated sites with established quality, environment and safety practices. The Mover supports the operation in collecting and delivery of donated goods to designated sites.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Carry out duties with the highest level of personal integrity, reliability, and punctuality.
- Function effectively as a member of the collection and delivery team under the direction of the Team Leader.
- Support the Team Leader in executing tasks assigned by the Supervisor and in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Represent TSA/Re:Nue with courtesy and professionalism when interacting with donors and the general public.
- Ensure all assignments are duly authorised and supported with the appropriate Collection/Delivery Orders or Service Orders; submit completed documents to the Customer Care administration for proper record-keeping.
- Perform physical tasks, including loading and unloading donor items at designated sites and delivering items to FTS or Centres.
- Execute all assignments professionally, ensuring proper handling and secure transport of items at all times.
- Assist in clearing donation bins at various locations as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in all work areas consistently.
- Comply fully with all workplace safety rules and regulations.
- Promptly report any feedback, incidents, or damages to the relevant Supervisor or Manager.
- Undertake any additional projects or specific duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Strong teamwork and collaboration
- Customer service orientation, as movers often interact with clients
- Problem-solving skills, especially in handling large or awkward items
- Time management to ensure jobs are completed efficiently

- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- A positive and team-oriented attitude to support operational efficiency.

**Working Days Per Week**:5.5 days/44 hours

**Work Hours**:8..30am to 5.30pm / rostered half day work
