**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in advertising sales, business development or online media environments.
- Experience working in a regional role or in-market role.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience working with advertisers, creative, media agencies, and clients.- Experience in building relationships within the advertising industry and the relevant industry vertical.
- Knowledge of traditional and contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy.
- Understanding of industry issues to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
As a Regional Account Executive, you will help provide integrated, cross-platform advertising solutions. You will drive and grow new business with Google advertisers. You will manage C-level and executive business relationships to ensure client and agency needs and requirements are met. You will serve as their advocate within Google while collaborating with other Google teams to provide them with a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and options.

**Responsibilities**:
- Build and grow C-level relationships with regional client decision makers and their agency counterparts, to build and carry out digital strategies and optimize their advertising expenditures.
- Develop and manage global and regional joint business plans across Google products and services, countries, and channels.
- Drive initiatives with creative agency partners to infuse their creative development process with Google data, tools and resources. Build the foundation for adopting audience solutions, formats, and measurement practices.
- Generate business plans to define business strategies and tactics, and support clients with advertising programs, and drive e-commerce business.
- Develop scalable solutions for clients to optimize their advertising expenditures and maximize the use of Google products (e.g., Search, Video, Display, Mobile), including innovation opportunities with Product teams.
