Develop design documentation as per Deliverable List e.g., Process Flow Diagrams, Block Flow Diagram, Piping and Instrumentation Drawings, Process System Layouts, Equipment and Instrumentation data sheets.
- Involved with Senior Engineers for preparation of tender document and tendering activities (tender preparation, tender interview / clarification meetings, evaluate proposals submissions and Tender Recommendation Report preparation).
- Perform engineering reviews on vendor design deliverables to ensure compliance and completeness in technical scope.
- Brief Process Supervisors on the project scope, design details & drawings, project schedule before commencing the project site construction works.
- Involve in daily and weekly meetings for project construction activities and prepare the minutes of meetings, keep records.
- Coordination works with process systems supervisors, construction manager, senior engineers, sub-contractors for daily and weekly process systems construction activities.
- Maintain the project folders and sub folders with relevant project design, safety, construction documents and drawings, conduct monthly reviews with senior engineer and leas engineer.
- Familiar with software design tools Pipe Flo, BIM 360, Blue Beam, EMP for managing the process system design works
- Familiar with project safety requirements and participate in IFW meetings, project safety meetings.
- Assist Lead/Senior Engineer/s in budgeting and cost estimations for projects.
- Familiar with knowledge Centre and Learned Lessons, study and utilize the temp plates and process system materials to learn and develop the knowledge about the various process systems.
- Assist Quality Assurance/Quality Compliance Manager/Senior Engineer/s in Site acceptance Test and Inspection Qualification.
- Assist Commissioning Manager in system start-up, testing and commissioning and system turnover to client.
- To take role as Work Package Owner (WPO) responsible for packages progress to completion with help of supervisor and final handover documents.
- Participation in Design for Safety during the design stage works
- BIM Modelling internal reviews with BIM/CAD Team, CSA & MEP counter parts and review with client for LOD 400, 450 and 500.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering
- Diploma holders with additional 2 - 3 years’ experience unless equated with professional certifications
- Experience in design and/or construction in either Deionized/Ultrapure Water or Wastewater or Chemical or Gas Systems.
- Understanding of Codes and Engineering Standards of International Clients.
- Conversant in the use of design software.
