Singapore Chen Su Lan Methodist Children's Home Full time

Provide supervision, caregiving and guidance for the children. They are also parental figures, essential for cultivating a warm and nurturing environment by taking care of the physical and psychological needs of the children.
1) Provide support, assistance and supervision in the delivery of services and programs to the children
2) Oversee the healthcare needs of children by being alert to their general health conditions
3) Address behavioral issues of children
4) Carry out operational interventions according to Care Plan
5) Track the presence absence of the children and their daily activities and ensure that they do their chores
6) Oversee the healthcare needs of children by being alert to their general health conditions
healthcare and medical needs for follow up
7) Ensure that comfort, personal hygiene, and the safety needs of the residents are attended
8) Clean and tidy the units, including toilets in the units
9) Attend morning meetings for exchange of information and discuss improvements on caregiving to residents
- Stay vigilant during work hours to manage a big group of children
- Empathise and yet be firm when disciplining the children, and give them appropriate emotional support
- Has relevant working experience in other Homes or child-centred work environment

**Working arrangement**
- **1pm - 10pm (Tuesday to Friday)**:

- **9am - 5pm (Saturday)**:

- **Sunday & Monday off**
