Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performs data analysis, identifies business needs, defines requirements, documents process and procedures,

and advise on the ways to be more efficient.- Create new models based on understanding of how data-driven changes to process, product, services, software,

and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value. Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems,
- identifying gaps in existing functionality, opportunities, and solution recommendations.- Develop project or product rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility.
- Develop a comprehensive requirement specification that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources

to deploy solution. Develop estimates and complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities,
- investment horizon, etc.)- Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new and/or major upgrades to existing services

or products. Ensure the overall user experience is at the center of the design for new solutions and services and
- support super user training.- Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation.

Support validation and testing as appropriate and endure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and
- procedures within Service Delivery scope.- Keep abreast with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management

and IT security), regulatory environments / requirements (if applicable), TT Service Portfolio and industry best
- practices in leveraging technologies for the business and taking advantage of reusable products, solutions, and
- services wherever applicable

**Minimum requirements**
- Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in IT, Computer Science or related fields.
- 5+ years of working directly with IT.
- 5+ years of Business Analysis skills/experience.
- Experience in Stakeholder Management.
- Experience in Pharma Industry is an added advantage
- Knowledge of GMP and/or ITIL is an added advantage
