**Job Description**:

- Proficient with C&S 2D/3D Models
- Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models
- Proven track record with at least 5 years' working experience with BIM, preferably from A1 Main Contractor
- Experience with Residential Buildings will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Bentley Open Roads, Revit, Naviswork, MSWords, Excel & Acrobat
- Review and check structural rebar shop drawings to ensure details are in bound with the design criteria and specification
- Produce layout and detail engineering drawings, for civil and structural engineering works in accordance to design criteria and specification
- Update, coordinate and perform design drafting activities as required and prioritize according to site works flow
- Check and verify drawings for conformity and accuracy through coordination to avoid potential problems and conflicts among all disciplines
- Ensure accuracy of all drawings as per actual site conditions
- Provide necessary action to solve problems encountered on site
- Prepare site design amendments (SDA) to be issued for construction upon approval
- Coordinate and liaise with production team, architectural/building information modelling (BIM) team, MEP (combined services drawing), consultants and subcontractors to ensure details to be provided are in order
- Provide requested information, check Bar Bending schedules, Rebar details and sketches needed on site
- Perform 3D modelling when needed to provide more accurate and clear details for site use only
- Monitor shop drawing progress and provide support to production team
- Visit site and collect data to determine the best possible design
