**Role Overview**:

- Collaborate on the creation of new WIDEX test programs using state-of-the-art ITS technology, gaining hands-on experience in shaping the future of testing.
- Investigate and analyze the root causes behind the high complaint rate of lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, utilizing your analytical skills to develop effective solutions.
- Dive into studies to uncover the underlying reasons for the high complaint rate of lithium-ion-based hearing instrument chargers, making a tangible impact on user experience.
