**Summary**: Ensure the branch cleanliness & maintenance and inventory arrangements are well taken care of:
- **1) Cleaning activities to be performed on daily / weekly / bi-weekly or as at when instructed by**

**Branch Executive or Branch Admin cum Warehouse Assistant.**

a) Daily sweeping of branch office, warehouse, guard house and loading bay.

b) Daily mopping of branch office.

c) Daily cleaning of office and warehouse toilets.

d) Cleaning of cob webs on ad hoc basis

e) Cleaning of drains surrounding the premise on monthly basis or when necessary.

f) Cleaning of office furniture, glass & windows and computers and printers when necessary.

**2) Warehouse & Inventory are to be taken care in terms of repairs, maintenances and stock**

**arrangements which should be done on daily basis.**

a) To assist branch Admin personnel in daily loading & unloading activities.

b) To ensure return goods properly checked for expired and damaged ones.
- Those items expiring more than 1 month must have approval forms.
- Damaged items must be free from rat bites and abuses (i.e. knife cuts)

c) To ensure proper arrangements of returned goods (during a particular stock period) by type of

item / SKU and type of returns (expired / damaged)

d) To pack returned goods once a stock period is closed.
- Items are to be separately packed by SKUs and types of return
- Damaged items to be packed separately and flour items separated from spices.
- Packed items to be placed in boxes, sealed, weighed and weight labelled clearly with the

content on the boxes.

e) To assist in trailer unloading and its procedures. Goods unloaded from trailer and existing

goods to be arranged according to:

- Types of item / SKU
- By received date (FIFO to be practiced)
- Retrieval convenience.

f) Constantly check and compile expiry dates of stock in hand to avoid overlooking nearing expiry

items. To have good knowledge on product shell life to be able to alert on critical items (short

expiry)

g) To supply cleaning materials (to wash sales vehicles)

**3) Utilities handling knowledge on**:
a) Sound knowledge on electrical matters such as all the lights and their switches

b) Knowledge on the area and time the lights to be lit up

c) Knowledge on pest control services and bait stations and their locations.

**Salary**: Up to $2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
