- Operational
- Overall responsible for the China Logistics businesses
- Manage and guide a team of local operational and finance managers to achieve performance targets; ensure local management team remains motivated in the light of divestment
- Manage and maintain good relationships with government authorities, joint venture partners and other stakeholders
- Spearhead initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and profitability; adapt and fine-tune business models where applicable
- Ensure timely reporting on operational and financial performance, including giving presentations to shareholders, board of directors and stakeholders where necessary
- JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Initiate ideas and work closely with KTT HQ and Corporate Development team towards eventual divestment of the China Logistics businesses
- Work with external parties, including advisors and bankers to facilitate the divestment process
- Facilitate and host (where necessary) site visits from potential investors, partners and customers
- Provide support to the entire divestment process
- Support ad-hoc initiatives as required
