Retail Apprentice

Shortlisted apprentice will go through a well-curated 24 weeks attachment which emcompases both office work and in-store retail attachment.

Following the Corporate Orientation and Brand Induction programs, apprentice will be attached to any of Swarovski retail store for an 8 weeks attachment. During this time, a mentor will be paired with the apprentice for sales technique, product knowledge and customer experience on-job-training. Apprentice will also get first-hand experience in supporting visual merchandising effort and store inventory management.

Subsequently, apprentice may select 2 of the following 4 corporate functions for office (HQ) attachment for up to 10 weeks:
1. Marketing

2. Retail Operations

3. Merchandising and Planning

4. Client Service

During this time, apprentice will leverage the knowledge over what he/she gained at the retail store for business support. Apprentice will also get the opportunity to understand what goes behind the scene in supporting the overall go-to-market commercial business at a deeper-level. Lunch & Learn sessions will also be organized during the 10 weeks office attachment time period.

Lastly, apprentice will return back to the retail store for their final 6 weeks attachment. This is the time where he/she has developed into a confident Swarovski Crystal Expert where he/she is expected to be the brand ambassador and advocating the brands ethos to the consumers before an Apprentice Graduation Event takes place.
