The Head of Marketing for Private Bank Emerging Markets creates and executes the Marketing strategy for Asia-Pacific, Middle East & Africa and Latin America - to increase DB’s visibility, to acquire new clients and as such to support the growth of the region. The role-holder will work closely with key regional but also global stakeholders to plan marketing strategies in line with the business strategy and global content strategy, as well as managing its execution.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Works closely with the Head of Private Bank Emerging Markets as well as the Global Head of Strategy, Marketing & Global Client Management for the Private Bank
- Develops and implements a targeted Marketing strategy for Private Bank Emerging Markets to support client acquisition and client interaction activities
- Actively identifies ideas to acquire new business and where to tap client potential in close cooperation with Client Advisors and Division Heads
- Ensures consistent implementation of brand guidelines and messages for all Marketing activities
- Drives marketing excellence in events execution, client engagement, content development, digital (incl. social media) and advertising
- Effectively manages external vendors and partnerships to ensure the delivery of quality of client engagement
- Supports global campaigns and events for regional roll-out
- Provides strategic and tactical counsel to key internal stakeholders
- Ensures adherence to policies related to internal legal, compliance and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns
- Manages and maintains all aspects of the budget efficiently and transparently
- Manages a team based in Singapore and Hong Kong

**Your skills and experience**
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 12 years’ of relevant marketing experience in Marketing
- Experience in the Wealth Management Private Banking industry
- Experience with large complex organisations; excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with Social Media, outstanding digital marketing/content creation and editing skills
- Strong knowledge in conceptualism, planning, and execution of marketing activities
- Excellent strategic skills, structured thinking
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinking
- Excellent communication skills as well as positive interaction with superiors and colleagues on all levels
- Positive and agile mindset, designated team player; ability to motivate colleagues and to act as a role model
- Open minded, excellent client and service focus, transparent communication
- Thriving in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Travelling in the Emerging Markets region will be required

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
