**Summon Serving**:
Deliver legal documents such as court summons and other legal notices to individuals involved in legal proceedings.
**Record Keeping**: Maintaining detailed records of all interactions and deliveries.This includes noting the date, time, location, and any relevant information about the service of legal documents.
**Communication**: Effective communication is essential in this role to interact with clients, legal board, and individuals being served with legal documents.
- **Dispatch**:
**Dispatcher**: Responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of personnel, vehicles, or resources for various purposes, such as transportation, emergency services, or deliveries.
**Scheduling and Routing**: Creating efficient schedules and routes for drivers or service personnel to ensure timely deliveries or responses to service calls.
**Communication**: Constant communication with respective parties and develop communication systems to provide them with instructions, updates, and any necessary information.
**Record Keeping**: Maintaining records of dispatch activities, including tracking the status of orders, tracking vehicle locations, and documenting any incidents or issues that arise during the dispatch process.

**Qualifications
(i) Possess mínimally and minimum 3 years relevant experience.

(ii) Experience in Law and Order Enforcement and/or Customer Service in dealing with difficult customers, etc.

(iii) Proficient in English, Mandarin and / or Malay Language ( additional languages will be advantages)

(iv) Proficient in Microsoft Office
