**About your role**
- Engineering Leadership: Provide strategic direction and technical leadership across engineering teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and product roadmap
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Technical Strategy: Define, implement, review and optimize the software and system architecture
- Hands-on Development: Remain technically involved in critical development, conducting code reviews, architectural assessments, and providing technical guidance
- Product Development: Collaborate with product management and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of features
- Quality Assurance: Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment to ensure the reliability and performance of the platform
- Agile Processes: Implement and refine agile development processes to optimize team productivity and delivery predictability
- Technology Stack: Evaluate and make decisions on technology stack, tools, and infrastructure to support scalable growth
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, data, and business teams to align engineering efforts with overall company objectives
- Talent Development: Build and develop engineering talent through hiring, coaching, and career development initiatives

**Requirements**:

- MS/MEng/PhD in Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Proven record in setting up full product life cycle management, including UI, UX, QA and CI/CD processes
- Proven experience managing complex hardware-software integration
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and product management skills (Agile, Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical details to both engineering teams and business stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset—ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly technical environment

Pay: From $7,500.00 per month
