**What You’ll Do**

✔ Be a fry & shake expert - ensure every serving meets our high standards of quality

✔Lead & motivate the Service Crew team, fostering a fun, high-performing environment

✔Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency + great customer service

✔Manage inventory, stock orders, and cash handling with accuracy

✔Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations

✔Train and mentor new team members, helping them grow their skills

✔Assist in creating work schedules + optimizing shift coverage

✔ Lead teams in closing the store right: clean, secure, ready for next crew to start fresh
✔ Work as a team to WOW customers + create a welcoming store experience

✔Handle minor operational challenges and escalate when necessary

**What We’re Looking For**

✔Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented individuals

✔ 1-2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or retail **Team leadership experience preferred**
✔ Strong customer service and people management skills
✔ Positive, team-first attitude with a passion for food + service
✔ Ability to commit 44 hours weekly**:_5 days, including weekends, public holidays, + overtime pay _**
✔ Possess or be willing to obtain a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate
✔ Familiarity with Singapore’s F&B scene is a plus
