**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION** The 'IT Shared Service Center Asia Pacific' (ITSSC-AP) team is responsible for IT services that are consumed by several subsidiaries (production and sales sites) located in this area. As part of this IT team located in Singapore, the 'SAP SD/MM Specialist' is responsible for all SAP related business processes throughout the whole software lifecycle. This includes activities in the project preparation phase, project execution phase and operation as well as support activities. In your role you will report directly to the local IT Director and work closely with the SAP teams of the SAP Center of Expertise (CoE) in the headquarter. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** - Support the roll-outs of SAP to our manufacturing and sales organization in Asia Pacific region, following our "global SAP template" including requirements gathering, specification activities, customizing and testing activities, user training, cut-over and go-live activities, overall project management activities - Coordinate the communication between departments in the Asia-Pacific area and the SAP CoE in Berlin (e.g. CRQ process, test and acceptance of changes) - Responsible for the first/second level SAP support in the Asia-Pacific region. Ensure on call support and continuous monitoring for critical SAP services. - Provide day-to-day SAP user support operations and projects. - Manage external technical vendor on their deliverables and support performances. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** **Education**: - Bachelor degree in any discipline with basic knowledge on supply chain management and manufacturing processes is prea plus - Technical skills / certification in SAP SCM modules and SAP tools. Experience and knowledge in other SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD ,etc are desirable. **Experience** **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** - Lead and support the roll-out of SAP to our manufacturing site in Singapore and sales offices within the Asia Pacific region, following our "global SAP template" including requirements gathering, specification activities, customizing and testing activities, user training, cut-over and go-live activities, overall project management activities. - Provide SAP backup support for our manufacturing/warehouse operations. - Coordinate and communicate between the BIOTRONIK departments in the Asia Pacific region and the SAP CoE in Berlin (e.g. CRQ process, test and acceptance of changes) - Responsible for the first level support for our sales and logistics departments in the Asia Pacific region. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** **Education**: - Studies of business administration with concentration in sales and distribution or in information systems, alternatively an equivalent qualification - SAP SD / Project management certification is a plus. **Experience**: - More than 5 years of SAP SD project implementation and SAP customizing experience - Proficient in SD and MM modules - Team player - Project management experience Joanna Tham Pooi Kwan EA License No.: 02C3423 Personnel Registration No.: R1985398
