We are an international Pet Transport and logistics company dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate Pet Relocation. British-veterinarian owned, with our sister company in Hong Kong since 1994.

**Primary Role**:
As a Company Driver and Pet Escort, you'll play a pivotal role in our operations by safely transporting pets by van to and from various locations, including airport, veterinary clinics, and residences. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Executing export and import appointments with precision, ensuring pets are checked in for export and safely delivered upon arrival. (Training provided)
- Transporting pets to veterinary clinics for essential examinations and document processing.
- Conducting delivery and collection services for pets, crates, documents, and goods.
- Upholding vehicle cleanliness and safety standards, and proactively managing maintenance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of van driving experience with an exemplary driving record.
- Experienced with driving auto commercial vehicle (HiAce van)
- Genuine affection for animals and a compassionate approach to their well-being. Pet ownership, or previous pet ownership, or pet driving experience, preferred.
- Demonstrated politeness, punctuality, customer-centricity, and a strong sense of accountability.
- Availability to work five days a week, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), with occasional public holiday shifts.
- Flexibility with working hours, including overtime requirements like Airport pick-up/drop-off work in evenings at times. Typically 9 am-6 pm, with perhaps 2- 3 later nights a week at airport (till 8pm or 10pm).
- Capability to assist with administrative tasks and make informed decisions when needed.
- Basic computer skills preferred i.e. some hybrid office element possible in off-peak season.
