On behalf of one of its clients, one of the world leaders in medical education reinvented by XR, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for an _
**_Application Engineer in XR in ASEAN._**

The companys unique feature’s designs combining XR and haptic techniques are transforming medical and surgical education. Their clients are the world leaders in medical equipment.

They are searching for an Application engineer in XR to join their new office in Singapore.

The local team works together with internal partners from the other offices located in France, Brazil and Canada.
- As Application engineer, you promote the companys XR training simulations, understand customers needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Develop brand awareness of our simulators among practitioners by tracking key accounts, and by accompanying them in clinical projects and also at conferences or other events
- Participate in the optimization of product settings and their positioning on the market
- Permanently report suggestions for product improvements to the engineering teams and participate in technological and medical monitoring
- Participate in the technical evaluation of new software, options and systems
- Support the sales team in demonstrations, and local actions to promote our solutions to achieve the teams sales targets
- Provide after-sales customer support
- Plan, organize and deliver on-site training
- Participate in the installation of equipment in coordination with the sales and logistics teams, and the customer

You have a strong technological mastering in the field of Extended Reality and immersive worlds You like to interact with clients and partners and their satisfaction is your priority You are curious and have a passion for improving healthcare through technology Higher education degree in engineering or biomedical engineering First successful experience in high-tech sector Pedagogy, ability to listen and reformulate, interest in training and education Be resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic professional environment Leadership skills and goal-oriented vision Customer relationship management skills, including interpersonal and communication skills Versatility and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously Good written and spoken English (C1 level) Plus Experienced in the medical field or MedTech companies Good oral and written communication in Mandarin for liaison with overseas counterparts International experience We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build our company, where everyone thrives.
